Diet Rules and Info
This is a 10 Day Diet which "changes" your calories constantly
Every few days your calories will be SHIFTED to force FAST weight loss to happen. But that's not the ONLY way that your menu will change...
In addition to shifting your calories every few days, you'll also be assigned a totally DIFFERENT diet menu every 10 Days.
This ensures even faster fat burning.
You don't have to "Count Carbs"
You don't have to read food labels because our ""on-line diet generator"" already knows what types of calories are in each type of food.
You'll be asked to select your favorite foods and then you'll be given an 10 day menu which arranges those foods in the proper order each day.
The right calories are automatically inserted into your menu without you having to read food labels ever.
There are NO CALORIE LIMITS!
This means that your diet meals have no specific limits on "calories" and you should eat until you feel satisfied at each meal.
If you're still hungry then EAT...
The only rule is that you should never stuff yourself full or else the diet will not work as effectively.
You may eat your 4 Daily Meals in ANY order and at ANY time
You will be given 4 daily meals.
...These meals will be labeled as "Meal #1" thru "Meal #4".
...You may eat these meals in ANY order. (e.g. You may eat Meal #1 first, second, third or last -- same with the other 3 meals).
Also, you may choose the exact meal times yourself as long as you wait at least 2 1/2 hours between meals.
Allowable List of Drinks
*You may consume these drinks either with (or) without meals, and you may consume them in UNLIMITED amounts.
Sodas
Coffee
Tea
Water
Flavored Coffee or Tea is allowed if the calories per glass are less than 10.
These Condiments are Allowed with ANY meal
Other condiments are allowed ONLY if they have no calories.
Ketchup
Mustard
Barbecue Sauce
Salsa
Salt (or) Seasoning Salt
Pepper (or) Lemon Pepper
Lemon Juice
Low Fat Mayonnaise
Artificial Sweeteners
Molly McButter (and other butter flavored powders
You must drink at least 10 Glasses of Water every day
In order for the diet to work properly you must drink at least TEN glasses of water every single day.
This liquid will help your body to burn fat and to flush out excess water that you are holding.
Rules for ALCOHOL
You are allowed a maximum of ONE GLASS of "wine" per day. This is totally optional.
However, you may not substitute another snack or drink in place of the wine.
It is not okay to drink Light Beer or other low calorie alcoholic beverages while on this diet.
Drinking more than one glass per day will reduce the effectiveness of the diet, so please use caution.
You get a 3 day CHEAT PERIOD after every 10 days on this diet...
After you use this diet for 10 days you MUST take 3 days off and eat normally, this is like a 3 day "cheat period".
During this 3 day break you should eat whatever you want to, you may eat junk food if you want to.
The only rule is that you should never eat so much that you feel "full" since you do not want to gain back any of the fat you have just worked so hard to lose.
This "cheat period" is necessary to force more fat burning to happen during the next 10 Day diet period.
HAVE FUN!!!

God is my Judge - Danell
I always respected his decision and why not 'this'.
From Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, 1594:
JULIET:
'Tis but thy name that is my enemy;
Thou art thyself, though not a Montague.
What's Montague? it is nor hand, nor foot,
Nor arm, nor face, nor any other part
Belonging to a man. O, be some other name!
What's in a name? that which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet;
So Romeo would, were he not Romeo call'd,
Retain that dear perfection which he owes
Without that title. Romeo, doff thy name,
And for that name which is no part of thee
Take all myself.

After all .....What matters is what something is, not what it is called......
'A rose by any other name would smell as sweet!'
Daniel? Danell? Sounds the same to me.
This is what I found when I type DANELL on Google search :
MALE Danell - name meaning and origin:
The boy's and girl's name Danell \d(a)-ne-ll\ is a variant of Daniel (Hebrew), and the meaning of Danell is "God is my judge".
So guys Danell is a variant of Daniel.
Now I am getting to love the name DANELL > > > > an updated version of Daniel which is an old Hebrew name.
Ya...Danell! I love and respect your choice . Very designer brand and exotic!!!!
You have my blessings DANELL, Love Mom!

Love from Mom's Kitchen.
We are so busy everyday with our work and own family that we seldom have time to be in my kitchen together to sharing any of my mother's recipes......so today I will share with you karen, my life in my mother's kitchen.
My mother was gone before I was 17, but by then I have learn quite a number of my family's favourite recipe.
I remember I was barely 6 when I showed much interest in cooking. I used to stand on a stool by my mom's stove [ those times charcoal stove] to watch her cook everyday without fail.
So far , I've never had the pleasure of seeing any of my three daughters showing any interest to learn to cook or in watching me cook!
I was 8 and I was helping mom to prepare ingredients for her cooking. Peeling onions,(without fail daily ,there will be tears) slicing serai and kunyit, soaking dried red chillies and pounding them to make chilli paste for asam pedas or gulai tumis. That was my normal task in her kitchen, not that I was force to but I loved to help.
Each day there will be a pot of good soup , fish dishes or curry and fried vegetables served on her dining table . I had plenty to learn and I dare say I learned well .
By 10 I learn to cooked my first vegetable dish.....fried long beans with shrimp.
By 12 I cooked my first Assam Pedas .
I remember I cooked my own lunch before going to school when I was 13 ....not many kids these days get the chance to do that!!!!
Not that I have any choice but 2 of my sisters were married then and the other 2 were attending morning classes and I was the only one in the afternoon session...( for the record , I have 4 brothers and 4 sisters) so my mom will help me cook lunch before going to school.
Because I was such a good cook I was married early...at 20 ( kakaakaka)!! And I was cooking for my own family until now..... and now I only cook dinner , and sometimes weekends IF I am home!
Ok Karen , here's my Asam Pedas recipe. The easiest of all!
Asam Pedas Fish and Pineapple.
--------------------------------------
Ingredients A
10 big dried chillies
5 chilli melaka
6-8 shallots
3 pips garlic
3 stalk serai
1'' fresh kunyit
1 piece belachan
Ingredient B
6-8 ikan kembong or 1 ikan terubok cut into 3 pcs , season with salt.
1 pineapple peeled cut into 2" pcs
1 lump asam java or 5pcs assam keping
1 bunga kantan quartered
daun kesum or cendahom
msg, salt and a little sugar to taste.
Method:
1. Put ingredient A into blender with a little water and grind until fine and put them into a pot of water . Bring to boil .
2. Add the sliced pineapple ,bunga kantan, asam java juice or the assam keping and continue boiling for about 15 to 20 mins.
3. Add the fish and boil for another few mins. Throw in the daun kesum .
4. And finally add a dash msg, salt and sugar to taste.
5 Serve hot and spicy
Tips for delicious Asam pedas ...must be spicy and sour enough. If too sour add a little more
sugar. TRY ! TRY ! and TRY Again ! Hopefully one day your Asam Pedas will taste like mine!
Happy Cooking children!!!!
Next will be Nyonya pork belly meat cook in black sauce ( tau ewe bak). Can you fry Crispy long beans with shrimps????
Love from Mom's Kitchen.
