10 Days Diet Plan - Day 5, Day 6 & Day 7

Sorry for delay on posting Day5 . Weekends are days off for me , meaning I am not on my office desk at regular hours.
As Monday is a public holiday too , I am posting Day 6 and Day 7 as well.
"Selamat Deepavali" to my Hindu readers and friends , and Happy Holidays to Non-Hindus .If you are driving, drive safely and remember the safety rule 'Don't Drink and Drive!'
Continue your diet this festival with the 3 'cheet days' (better spell it this way ), hahaha! Eat anything you choose just remember our only rule , that you must eat portions small enough so that you never feel "full".



*[For ALL Meals #1, #2,#3 and #4 you may eat any combination of the below foods that you wish (you may eat all or just 1 of the below foods, it's up to you). *There are NO LIMITS ON PORTIONS (you get to choose how much to eat ---- but please remember that you must eat portions small enough so that you never feel "full", that's the only rule). ]

Day 5
Meal #1
Low Fat Milk
This means normal Low-Fat Milk -- no chocolate milk is allowed
Cashew
Salted or normal.

Meal #2:
Bowl of Green and Red Vegetables
This means a bowl of any vegetables which are Green or Red in color
Fresh Apples
This means regular fresh apple

Meal #3:
Peanuts
salted or normal
Ham Slices
This means regular deli-style Ham slices, either full-fat or low-fat


Meal #4:
Scrambled Eggs
This means regular Scrambled Eggs, cooked in oil or butter in a pan
Regular Cheese Slices
This means slices of ANY type of cheese, both full-fat or low-fat is allowed

DAY #6
Meal #1:
Tuna Salad Plate
Hard Boiled Eggs
Prunes

Meal #2:
Fresh Pears
Frozen Yogurt Dessert

Meal #3:
Chicken
Low Fat Milk

Meal #4:
Garden Salad
Fresh Oranges

DAY #7
Meal #1:
Cashews
Peanuts

Meal #2:
Ham Slices
Scrambled Eggs

Meal #3:
Regular Cheese Slices
Tuna Salad Plate
Bowl of Green Vegetables

Meal #4:
Hard Boiled Eggs
Chicken


ALLOWABLE DRINKS BELOW:
Any Diet Soda
Iced Tea with Lemon
Coffee (must have less than 10 calories per glass)
Water
ANY Low-Calorie Drink (with less than 10 calories per glass)
These drinks may be consumed as often as you like each day, with no limit.

ALLOWABLE CONDIMENTS BELOW:
These condiments may be used on ANY meal:
Lemon Juice
Ketchup
Barbecue Sauce
Salsa
Salt
Pepper
Mustard
Seasoning Salts
*No other condiments are allowed on any meal. Eating other condiments/sauces can slow down weight loss.
